Heavy WOD - 5 Rounds
5 Power Clean 155-165m/95-110w (can be scaled down)
10 Burpee Pull-ups
20 Double Unders
OR
10 KB Clean/Squat 44-53m/35-44w (can be scaled down)
20 Burpees
60 Single Unders
